	Futureshop.co.uk is an online retail store. We do not offer a sales counter service however customers placing their order online or over the telephone can opt to collect their order in person. However, this must be done by prior arrangement only. You can place orders online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our lines are open from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and public holidays. 	If you experience difficulty ordering online, please call 0208 905 1555 to place your order (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm). If lines are busy or your call is outside office hours, please leave a message with your name & contact number and a member of sales team will return your call. Messages are picked up 24 hours a day.
