Placing an Order
Placing an order with us could not be easier. Just
browse our online store, click on any items that you wish to buy
and add them to the shopping basket. Remember, you can always remove
items from the shopping basket later. You can view the contents
of your shopping basket at any time during your visit to futureShop.co.uk
by clicking on ‘ View basket’ at any time. When you
have added all the items you wish to purchase to the shopping basket,
proceed to the checkout by clicking on 'checkout' from your basket
or at the top of the page.
You will then be asked to check and confirm your
order followed by a request for payment to enable us to process
your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch/Maestro,
Delta and Solo credit/debit cards as well as PayPal. Once your order has been completed,
an order number will be displayed on the screen which you may print
for your records. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
For business customers, we also accept payments by cheque or BACS. Business orders can be placed over the telephone on 0208 905 1555, by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by fax on 0208 905 1558.
VAT & International Orders.
After registration, if your delivery address is outside the EU, our website will automatically show you prices excluding VAT. To test this , please look at the price of items BEFORE you login and then AFTER you login. You should see a 20% difference.
European Union Business Orders & VAT.
For business orders from the European Union, we can deduct VAT after the order has been placed, if you can supply the following information during ordering:
I) Your Name
2) Company Name
3) Billing & Shipping Address
4) A daytime contact number.
5) A VALID VAT number for the above business - (Please supply this in the 'Comments Box' found during the checkout process.)
Once we have verified your VAT number is valid, the VAT will be removed from your order and only the revised amount will be charged if payment has been made by credit/debit cards. If payment has been made by PayPal, a refund will be applied.

Special Orders - Custom
We can obtain most types of cable at any length
to suit your requirements through our custom cable service. So whether
you need a speaker, subwoofer, scart or digital cable, simply let
us know what your after and what at length and we'll get back to
you with a price including VAT & Delivery. Please email us on
with full details of the cable you require and we will provide you
with availability and price. We usual respond within 24 hours.
What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept all the major credit cards/debit cards including American Express, MasterCard Visa, Visa Debit as well as PayPal. For business customers, we also accept payments by cheque or BACS.
When will my goods be delivered?
Once we receive your completed order, we aim to
dispatch your goods within 24 hours. We will only charge your credit/debit
card once your product is ready to dispatch.
How will my goods be delivered?
Within the UK, larger packages are delivered by our appointed
couriers, FedEx UK and DHL. Smaller packages are delivered by Royal Mail. International orders are delivered using Royal Mail First Class Express services, FedEx International Priority and FedEx International Economy Services.
Do you deliver to addresses outside the UK?
Yes, we ship items to all countries including the following:

Is VAT charged on shipments outside the European Union?
No. Any shipments to countries outside the EU will automatically have VAT deducted from the order. All prices displayed on the Future Shop website are inclusive of VAT, BEFORE customers login or register. As soon as you login/register and if your shipping address is outside the EU, the system will automatically deduct VAT from the order.
What happens if the product I ordered is out of
If we are experiencing delays in completing your
order or if the products(s) you require are no longer available,
we will notify you immediately. In the event that the item is not
in stock, we will back order it for you. We will contact you with
the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

What standard warranty comes with my goods?
All new products come complete with a standard
1 year manufacturer’s warranty if not a Lifetime Warranty.
