Who are FutureShop.co.uk?

FutureShop.co.uk is a UK based online retailer specialising in supplying an extensive range of audio, video and gaming cables, and accessories from leading brands at discount prices. We sell our goods at the best prices possible and we usually dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays) subject to stock availability.

We are an authorised IXOS, QED & Profigold dealer. We only sell brand new boxed genuine UK stock, complete with a full manufacturers guarantee.

Placing an Order

Placing an order with us could not be easier. Just browse our online store, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping basket. Remember, you can always remove items from the shopping basket later. You can view the contents of your shopping basket at any time during your visit to futureShop.co.uk by clicking on ‘ View basket’ at any time. When you have added all the items you wish to purchase to the shopping basket, proceed to the checkout by clicking on 'checkout' from your basket or at the top of the page.

You will then be asked to check and confirm your order followed by a request fro payment to enable us to process your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Delta and Solo credit/debit cards. Once your order has been completed, an order number will be displayed on the screen which you may print for your records. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

If you experience difficulty ordering online, please call 0870 345 9980 to place your order (Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6.00pm).

If lines are busy or your call is outside office hours, please leave a message with your name & contact number and a member of sales team will return your call. Messages are picked up 24 hours a day.

Special Orders - Custom Cable Service

We can obtain most types of cable at any length to suit your requirements through our custom cable service. So whether you need a speaker, subwoofer, scart or digital cable, simply let us know what your after and what at length and we'll get back to you with a price including VAT & Delivery. Please email us on sales@futureshop.co.uk with full details of the cable you require and we will provide you with availability and price. We usual respond within 24 hours.

When will my goods be delivered?

Once we receive your completed order, we aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours. We will only charge your credit/debit card once your product is ready to dispatch.

How will my goods be delivered?

Larger packages are delivered by our appointed couriers, ParcelForce. Smaller packages are delivered by Royal Mail.

Do you deliver to addresses outside the UK?

Yes, we ship to all EU countries, Channel Islands, Scandinavia, Canada and the USA

What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?

If we are experiencing delays in completing your order or if the products(s) you require are no longer available, we will notify you immediately. In the event that the item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

What happens if the product I wish to purchase is not on your website?

If you wish purchase a product which is not available on our website, then contact us on sales@futureshop.co.uk and a member of our sales staff will be happy to help you.

What standard warranty comes with my goods?

All new products come complete with a standard 1 year manufacturer’s warranty if not a Lifetime Warranty. Please see our product information pages for more details.If you experience any problems or faults with a product you have purchased from us, contact us immediately with the exact nature of the fault and a staff member will be happy to assist you.
