WHAT IS HDMI
HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) is the first supported standard that includes both digital audio and video. It is used to connect High-Definition Displays to other AV equipment such as DVD players.

WHY USE OXYGEN FREE COPPER?
The QED One series cables uses oxygen free copper in all its interconnects and speaker cables. Oxygen free copper is produced in a way that virtually eliminates the oxygen content. Because there are fewer impurities in this type of copper it improves its conductivity.
WHY USE GOLD CONNECTORS?
In conditions under which most other metals either tarnish or corrode away, gold remains inert and extremely durable. So where resistance to tarnish or corrosion is essential, such as in plugs where tarnish can obscure a signal. It is import to either use gold, a gold alloy, or to plate gold onto a less noble metal. All this means is that the performance of gold electroplating remain essentially unaltered with time. |
