1. Delivery Options
We ship to all EU countries, Channel Islands,
Scandinavia, Canada and the USA.
1.1 We use Royal Mail 1st Class services for our Standard Delivery.
Orders
received before 4.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)
and before 11.30am on Saturday's are usually dispatched the
same day by FIRST CLASS post, subject to stock availability. Over 98% of our orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays.
Standard
delivery is usually within 2 working days, although 98% of all orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays .
In extreme cases, such as delivery to the Highlands
and Islands, this may take 3 days.
All items are fully insured and come with
an invoice from FutureShop.co.uk. We use the Royal Mail for
delivery of small packages and Parcel Force for items that
weigh over 2KG. Items over 2KG are fully insured and will
usually be delivered within 48 hours of placing your order
subject to stock availability.
Please note, special orders for non-standard
cable lengths may be subject to longer deliver time-scales.

We offer 'Free delivery on orders over £99
subject to the following terms & conditions:
- Applies only to orders with £99 or more of items
(including VAT at the UK rate), at FutureShop.co.uk
- Applies only to deliveries to addresses within mainland
UK and Northern Ireland addresses. Applies only to orders
that are to be delivered to a single Mainland UK delivery
address.
- You will not be eligible for free delivery on your order
if any items are cancelled or returned for a refund, bringing the total order amount
below £99. Where items are returned, the refund due will be the cost of the item less any postage costs.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue 'Free delivery
on orders over £99 promotion at any time.

1.2 Special Delivery UK
We have 99.9% of the UK covered With Royal Mail Next Day
Special Delivery. We guarantee delivery to most UK addresses
by 1pm the next working day. This includes Northern Ireland,
Jersey and Guernsey. Some places take longer to deliver to
but we still guarantee delivery within three working days
by 5.30 pm.
For the Next Day Special Delivery service, orders must
be received by futureshop.co.uk by 4.30pm weekdays and by
11.30am on Saturday. Orders after the 4.30pm deadline
cannot be guaranteed for same day dispatch.
Please note, special delivery for next working day may not
be possible where non-standard cable lengths are ordered.
1.3 Channel Islands & Northern Ireland
We ship to all Channel Islands including Alderney, Jersey,
Guernsey and Sark. Unless you select a premium service, Items
weighing under 2KG are delivered using our standard UK delivery
option above. For items weighing over 2KG, a surcharge may
be applied for all deliveries to the Channel Islands as well
as Northern Ireland.
1.4 EU Countries & International
Deliveries to other EU member states are subject to 17.5%
VAT. For items weighing below 2KG ordered within the EU and
Scandinavia, we use the Royal Mail International Airmail Services.
Items are usually delivered within 3 to 5 working days.
Deliveries outside of the EU are not subject
to 17.5% VAT and so the 17.5% tax on items is automatically
deducted from the Total. We use both the Royal Mail
International Airmail Services and Parcel Force Worldwide
services for delivery outside the EU. Items are usually delivered
within 3 to 7 working days depending on the destination.
2. Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (UK
Only) - Returns Policy
Goods ordered may only be returned within
the first 7 working days for a full product refund including
VAT, providing the following conditions are fulfilled:
- GOODS RETURNED MUST BE RECEIVED IN 'AS NEW' CONDITION,
UNUSED WITH ALL PRODUCT SEALS INTACT.
- Goods must be returned complete (including all packaging,
cables, manuals, promotional gifts, CD’s etc for
that product). If any item(s) are missing when received
then the product is deemed incomplete (see 1.1).
- The packaging of the goods must be unmarked and undamaged.
- All returns must be authorised and an RMA Returns Form
included with the returned product.
- Carriage costs for dispatch and returning the Goods
are your responsibility.
- The Goods remain your responsibility during transit
and until signed for by us.
- All goods must be returned within 7 days the RMA date
of issue.
- You will not be eligible for free delivery on your order if any items are cancelled or returned for a refund, bringing the total order amount below £99. Where items are returned, the refund due will be the cost of the item less any postage costs.
- Where goods are returned due to possible incompatibility with customers equipment, all associated delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We will refund or re-credit you within 20 working days from receipt of the returned goods for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card, less any postage costs incurred by futureshop.co.uk.
2.1 If upon receipt the returned Goods fail
to meet the above conditions then the Supplier may refuse
to accept the Goods or charge a restocking fee (£10
or 20% whichever is greater).
3. Faulty Products
If you believe your goods have been delivered
faulty or damaged, or a fault appears in the first 30 days
after delivery please contact Customer Services for assistance.
If your problem can’t be resolved by email the item
can be returned for testing providing the following conditions
are met:
- All returned Goods must be authorised and an RMA Returns
Form included with the returned product.
- Goods should be returned complete (including all packaging,
cables, manuals, CD’s etc for that product)
- Return shipping cost are your responsibility. If the
item tests faulty as described, we will refund your shipping
costs. Note: We do not cover the cost of returning items via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Items must be returned using Royal Mails First Class Recorded Delivery Service.
- The goods are your responsibility until signed for by
us.

If the goods are found to be faulty

We will offer an exact replacement for your item.

We will refund your return shipping
costs. Note: We do not cover the cost of returning items via the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Items must be returned using Royal Mails First Class Recorded Delivery Service.
If the items are found to be not faulty

A £10 test fee will be charged
and the goods will be returned to you as received together
with a test report · You are responsible for any
collection or return delivery charges incurred .

We will offer a refund subject to a
re-stocking fee of £10 or 20% (which ever is greater)
in addition to the £10 test fee.
4. Faults under warranty
If the item develops a fault within the
manufacturers warranty period you can either return the item
to the manufacturer or FutureShop.co.uk though in most cases
it is speedier to return the item to the manufacturer directly.
In returning the item to FutureShop.co.uk the following conditions
must be met:
- All returned Goods must be authorised and an RMA Returns
Form included with the returned product
- Goods should be returned complete (including all packaging,
cables, manuals, CD’s etc for that product)
- The goods are your responsibility until signed for by
us.
5. Returns Policy
Our returns policy is in accordance with
the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000
UK and forms part of our Terms and Conditions of Sale. If
