When will my goods be delivered?
If you are within the United Kindom, and depending on delivery option selected, goods will usually be delivered within 24 - 48 hours (subject to stock availability).
For European customers, Items are normally delivered within 5 - 7 working days (subject to stock availability).
For countries outside Europe, Items are usually delivered with 10 - 15 working days for postal services, and within 3 working days for FedEx International services.
If there are any delays we will usually contact you within 24 to 48 hours.
How will my goods be delivered?
Within the UK, larger packages are delivered by our appointed couriers, DPD Local. Smaller packages under 2kg are delivered by Royal Mail. International orders are delivered using Royal Mail First Class services, FedEx International Priority and FedEx International Economy Services.
Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
Yes, we ship orders to all countries including the following:
Austria, Australia, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, China, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxemburg, Malta, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Unitred State of America, and United Arab Emirates.
Is VAT charged on shipments outside the European Union?
No. Any shipments to countries outside the EU will automatically have VAT deducted from the order. All prices displayed on the Future Shop website are inclusive of VAT, BEFORE customers login or register. As soon as you login/register and if your shipping address is outside the EU, the system will automatically deduct VAT from the order.
What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?
If we are experiencing delays in completing your order or if the products(s) you require are no longer available, we will notify you immediately. In the event that the item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
