We offer a money-back guarantee on cables purchased from Future Shop (exclusions apply, see below). If you are less than happy with the performance of any cables purchased from us, then simply return them for an exchange or a refund within 60 days of purchase (excludes special order items and some speaker cables). 60 Day Money-Back on Cables - Terms and Conditions:

• To be eligible for return, cables and the packaging must be in their original purchase condition
• Only applies to cables purchased directly from Future Shop website.
• Excludes special order cables. You will be advised in writing or by phone before your order is shipped, if we are unable to accept the return of some custom-made cables or special order cables under the 60-day money back guarantee.
• Excludes cables shipped over 60 days.
• Excludes import duties and taxes paid by customers outside the UK. The price of the item will be refunded only.
• Excludes all non-cable products including CYP, Gefen, Blustream, ISOL-8, ISOTEK, iFi Audio & Atlona products
• Excludes business customers for all items
• Excludes cables exchanged under warranty or cable repairs
• Shipping costs for returning items is the responsibility of the customer
• Shipping costs for shipping the item to the customer are non-refundable. For items over £99 where shipping is free, we will deduct £2.95 to £5.00 to recover shipping costs in shipping the item to you.
• The time limit starts from when the order is shipped.
• Please allow 14 days for refunds although refunds are usually processed within 7 working days.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of similar type of cables purchased under our 60 Days Money Back Guarantee. If this is the case, we will write or telephone you with the options available prior to shipping.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.
