Having recently repositioned the HIFi in our listening room, I now needed a longer length of Speaker Cable than the 2 mtr lengths of white Chord Clearway I was already using. I considered buying Chord Clearway again but once I got on the Future Shop website, I became impressed by the reviews of the AudioQuest Rocket II Cable, so I decided to buy 2.5 mtr lengths of it in black with 72 hour burn-in .

The Future Shops service was first class and ordering was very easy. Some of the more popular cables are put on Burn-in before orders are placed, so a 72 hour burn doesn’t always mean despatch is delayed by that time.

My cable arrived by courier within a couple of days and I fitted a set of my own Banana Plugs. I have to say that I am very impressed with the Rocket II which is a substantial cable giving clarity and openness to the music and looks great in black which matches the colour of my HIFi separates (Emotiva Pre/Power Amps, Dynaudio Speakers, Audiolab CD Transport, Rega Turntable). I think the AudioQuest Rocket II and the Chord Clearway Speaker Cables both give clarity and openness to the music and are equally as fine in my opinion. Perhaps the more substantial and more expensive Rocket II has a slightly edge over the cheaper Clearway Cable but the difference in sound quality is no more than a gnat’s whisker apart in my opinion.

Overall an excellent product and a great service as usual from The Future Shop who I have used a few times before.

I replaced my old (and not bad at all) speaker cable with the Rocket 11 and the sound is really cleaner and clearer. Shipping from UK to France only took one day. I wasn't able to find a shop in France willing to prepare this costum length cable for the same decent price i payed at Futureshop. I hope coming Brexit will allow you to keep business going with the rest of Europe.

The AudioQuest Rocket 11 Speaker Cable which I recently installed in my system has already done wonders, outperforming my previous cables (Tellurium Q). The tone is well balanced across all frequencies, unlike the Tellurium which seemed to be biased toward the treble in my system. The AudioQuest cables will give me many pleasurable hours of listening to my favourite symphonic music.

Bought these cables to accompany a new Denon AV Receiver and Dali speaker combination. Even with 48hr burn-in, delivery was quick and I'm perfectly happy with the service and the product.
