Future Shop is operating as normal and orders are being processed and dispatched on a daily basis. We are, therefore, unable to accept any customer visits inside our offices under any circumstances. However, we are pleased to confirm you can click and collect your order and we will hand it you outside of our premises. We are accepting orders as usual via the telephone or the Future Shop website.

What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept all the major credit cards/debit cards including American Express, MasterCard Visa, Visa Debit as well as PayPal.
For business customers, we also accept payments by Cheque or BACS.
When will my goods get delivered?
If you are within the United Kindom, and depending on delivery option selected, goods will usually be delivered within two working days (subject to stock availability) unless premium delivery services are selected.
For European customers, orders are normally delivered within 5 - 7 working days (subject to stock availability) using Royal Mail International postal services, or within 48 hours if using DHL Express or FedEx International services.
For countries outside Europe, items are usually delivered with 10 - 15 working days for postal services, and within 3 working days for FedEx or DHL International Express services.
If there are likely to delays in shipping your order, we will usually contact you within two working days of receiving the order.
How will my goods be delivered?
Within the UK, larger packages are delivered by our appointed couriers, DPD Local or DHL. Smaller packages under 2kg are delivered by Royal Mail postal services.
International orders are delivered using Royal Mail First Class services, FedEx International and DHL Express Services. We also use DPD Road services for customers in Europe
Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
Yes, we ship orders to all international countries ( some products may be limited) including the following:
Austria, Australia, Brazil, Belgium, Canada, China, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxemburg, Malta, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States of America, and United Arab Emirates.
Is VAT charged on shipments outside the UK?
No. Shipments to countries outside the UK will have VAT deducted automatically from the order. Prices displayed on the Future Shop website are inclusive of VAT, before customers log-in or register. As soon as you log-in, register or proceed to place an order and if your shipping address is outside the UK, the website will automatically deduct the VAT from the order.
Deliveries to EU member states are not subject to 20% VAT after December 31st 2020 and therefore shipments to Europe after this date, will have 20% VAT deducted automatically when you log-in, register or proceed to place an order.
If applicable, the customer will be liable for the taxes at the local tax rate and duty on the import. This may need to be paid in advance to your local Customs & Excise office or the delivery company before your order can be delivered.
What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?
If we are experiencing delays in completing your order or if the products(s) you require are no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible.
In the event that the item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will contact you to suggest an excellent alternative or with the option to cancel your order if you are unable to wait
What happens if the product I wish to purchase is not on your website?
If you wish purchase a product which is not available on our website, then contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0208 905 1555 and a member of our sales staff will be happy to help you. We will try our very best to obtain the item for you but please note, this may note always be possible
What standard warranty comes with my goods?
All new products come complete with a standard manufacturer’s warranty usually 1, 2 or 3 years (depending on the product) if not a lifetime warranty. Please see the product information page for more details. If you experience problems or faults with a product you have purchased from Future Shop, please email email@example.com describing the exact nature of the fault and your order number.
What should I do if I have a complaint?
Should you have any complaints, please contact the Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 0208 905 1555 with the exact nature of your complaint. We will endeavour to resolve your issue as soon as possible.
