Conditioning without choking the amplifier
The usual criticism of mains conditioning is that filtering restricts current, and that an amplifier asking for a sudden large draw finds the conditioner in the way. ISOL-8 design specifically against that, and it is the argument the company was founded on.
The range separates the two jobs rather than compromising. Source components get heavy multistage filtering, where noise matters most. Amplifiers get a path built for current, with conditioners designed for that load rather than treating every socket the same.
Axis is the DC blocking circuit and it runs through the range, built into the conditioners and also sold as standalone single-outlet units. If your amplifier's transformer buzzes, DC on the mains is a likely cause and this is the fix.
Distribution strips sit at the entry point and full-width conditioners above them, with power cables alongside. Everything is designed and built in Worcestershire.
