Cable looks great for the money - very solid and it looks the real deal . I can't comment on the sound yet , but I can comment on Futureshop.

My order went wrong to start with and I wasn`t very happy , however the way the issue was handled and the speed that was resolved with by Adam Hardham was exemplary . Top notch customer service and I will certainly go back to them again and would recommend them to anyone!

Very straightforward to order and, despite wanting a custom length and burnt in for 72 hours, the cables arrived the next day (to North Scotland!). I can only assume they keep a stock of the most popular plug and length options. These cables were to replace my 30 year old QED ones which had been re-terminated a few times, shoved in packing boxes and moved from house to house, so I knew they were not at their best.

The difference with the AudioQuest ones was however surprising. Better bass, more defined, and with more sustain - also however a slight harshness in the treble perhaps highlighting inadequacies elsewhere in the setup that were being hidden in the general mush of my old speaker cables. I will keep listening for this as it may just be a bedding in trait. The plugs are also much better than the traditional banana type as they have better surface contact and the cable itself nice and flexible. Paying £160 for speaker cables looks extravagant, but it is a worthwhile investment.

I have owned this cable now for about 1 month and each time I listen to my music I just keep hearing vast improvements compared to the cable that I originally used. I own a Sonos Amp and a pair of Dali Spektor 2 speakers and just after purchase I was in serious doubt about my setup because the bass and detail were relatively poor and the sibilance was becoming very annoying. After altering my tonal controls many many times with any improvement, I decided to research speaker cables and this particular one seemed to appear at the top of every list.

Obviously this was for a reason so I decided to purchase some and I have to say it truly is superb. The bass and clarity are now first class and imagery is also outstanding. I have now fallen in love with my system and I am over the moon. My music source is a Liv/Zen music server ( 10 years old ) which contains two types of music files being Flac and M4A itunes and both of these sound superb and full of detail which is what we all want. If you are considering this cable I can honestly say please do not hesitate.

FutureShop's staff were vey helpful in recommending the best product to meet my reuirements at my price-point, and their order turn-around time and delivery are excellent.

As for the Rocket 11's performance, I can only say that it hopefully made a good contribution to a recent upgrade in my combined hi-fi and AV system, powering Monitor Audio 6 series speakers. The cables were fitted in parallel to upgrading the receiver \ amplifier and, together, they've provided a major upgrade to the sound quality, over my previous 7 year-old components.

As a sceptic about cables and whether or not they improved performance I had read plenty of reviews, but I am pleased to say I have been proved very wrong and the detail unearthed by this cable is phenomenal a great product!
