My system kef ls50w & kube 12 so I was looking for a cable to run from my router to the kef speaker. I wanted a Audioquest cable as I had bought AQ vodka to link the speakers (which sound very good I’ll leave a review of them as well). So I seen the custom carbon option and I have I’m impressed again by AQ.

The first thing I noticed is the power and sound stage. I have swapped out the Vodka cable to Cinnamon ethernet and there is still improvement but swapping back to Vodka the speakers sing very happy.

Installed AQ Carbon Ethernet cable instead of AQ Pearl Ethernet cable between Router and Switch. Carbon RJ/E is simply a "must go" with its 23 AWG wiring in the case when a switch is linked to Hi-End Network streamer, Player and DAC with AQ Vodka RJ/E cables. Inexpensive custom built cable of great value. Plus Telegartner connectors!

Highly recommended for serious audio systems.

Outstanding value, Excellent service. I was not too sure which ethernet cable to put between my rooter and the Apple TV. Gary, from Future Shop, provided clear and a comprehensive advice of the options from AudioQuest cables.

He steered me away from a more expensive item to the Carbon cable with the upgraded termination. My choice of manufacturer was AudioQuest since I use them to link other components in my hi-end Meridian system and found them to be manufactured to a very high standard with excellent results. I connected the Carbon cable and was very pleased and surprised. I was able to select the highest HDR4K option in the Apple settings I could not do this with the previous cable). 4k images were sharper and the colour details were vivid and face tints more natural. The sound was more detailed and the 5.1 channel sound stage image improved with excellent movement between speakers.

I strongly recommend this product (the price is justified given the quality of manufacture and results delivered.) You can also rely on Future Shop staff for appropriate advice. My order was delivered safely two days after purchase - exactly as stated for first class post.

Installed these cables instead cheap patch cables between streamer and nas and between nas and router. Huge improvement, greater detail and dynamics, greater width and depth of the sound scene

I don't care what anybody says cables do make a big difference and that includes ethernet cables. There are more expensive cables out there but I decided on the AudioQuest CAT7 Carbon RJ/E Ethernet Cable as it was in my price range and I have a lot of confidence in AudioQuest.
I am using the cable from my router to the AV amp as the last cable in the chain for my NAS drive and internet music. Straight away after plugging the cable in EVERYTHING was better, more open, better soundstage, much more detail its like the difference between medium wave and VHF radio.and like a system upgrade.
I had previously been using a cheaper CAT7 lead that is a total waste of money compared to the AudioQuest lead

Amazing cable I use it for listening to my Nas drive and Internet radio and it really improves the sound quality
