Eclipse is Wireworld's high-end level on the analogue and speaker side, and the range most often specified for a system where the cable is being chosen deliberately. The conductor count and the precision of the DNA Helix arrangement both step up again from Equinox.
Below it, Equinox is the mid level and the sensible ceiling for many systems. Above it, the silver ranges bring further conductor improvements and are where the analogue and digital ladders converge in level.
Eclipse covers RCA and XLR interconnects, speaker cable and subwoofer cable. Eclipse and Starlight are not the same level despite both being well-known Wireworld names, and that catches people out regularly. If you are pairing an Eclipse interconnect with a digital cable, the matching level sits in the Silver Starlight range rather than in Starlight itself.
