Equinox

Equinox is Wireworld's mid level on the analogue and speaker side, and the point at which DNA Helix moves to a denser conductor arrangement. More conductors, arranged more precisely, with the same flat parallel geometry that runs through the range. Below it, Oasis and Solstice cover the lower-middle levels. Above it, Eclipse is the high-end level and the range most often specified for a resolving system. Equinox covers RCA and XLR interconnects, speaker cable and subwoofer cable. It suits a system that has had real thought put into it, where the electronics are doing good work and the cable has become worth addressing. On the digital side the naming is different again, so if you are matching an Equinox interconnect with an HDMI or USB cable, the level you want is in the Silver Starlight range rather than anything called Equinox.
