Entreq Max S Enhanced Ground Post
The Entreq Max S is a reference point post from Entreq's Max range, designed to screw directly onto a Corepoint Signal or Corepoint Power unit, an Entreq ground box binding post, or a Tuss Kit, replacing the standard wooden cap supplied as default. Rather than being a cable, cone or ground box in its own right, the Max S works at the connection point itself, housing a specific combination of materials inside a wooden body chosen for its electromagnetic neutrality, and is intended to influence the electromagnetic behaviour right at that reference point.
Where the Max T in the same range takes a single-material approach built entirely around tungsten's weight and depth, the Max S is built around three active materials working together. A grounding box connects to a spare socket
A box links to an unused input or output on a component, and needs no power of its own. It does not replace the protective earth on your mains supply. Entreq says the effect develops over several days after you connect it, so judge it after a period of listening, not on the first evening.
Single-cell and multi-cell boxes
