Future Shop is one of the largest UK & European dealers for many of the most well-known and prestigious brands. With almost 4,000 sq. feet of warehousing and offices, we stock the widest range of award winning Hi-Fi and Home Theatre cable brands and accessories under one roof. This means we can usually promise to ship many of your cables the same day with options for guaranteed next day UK delivery

Placing an Order
Placing an order with us could not be easier. Just browse our online store, click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping basket. Remember, you can always remove items from the shopping basket later. You can view the contents of your shopping basket at any time during your visit to Future Shop by clicking on the basket icon in the top right-hand corner at any time. When you have added all the items you wish to purchase to the shopping basket, proceed to the checkout by clicking on the orange 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' button from your basket.
You will then be asked to enter your basic details followed by a request for payment to enable us to process your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Delta and Solo credit/debit cards as well as PayPal. Once your order has been completed, an order number will be displayed on the screen which you may print for your records. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
For business customers, we also accept payments by cheque or BACS. Business orders can be placed over the telephone on 0800 772 3688 or 0208 905 1555, by email at email@example.com or by fax on 0208 905 1558.
VAT & International Orders
After registration, if your delivery address is outside the EU, our website will automatically show you prices excluding VAT. To test this, please look at the price of items BEFORE you login and then AFTER you login. You should see a 20% difference.
European Union Business Orders & VAT
For business orders from the European Union, VAT will be deducted from your order automatically providing you create an account with the following information on the checkout page:
Once your VAT number is verified, the VAT will be removed from your order and only the revised amount (excluding VAT) will be charged.

If lines are busy or your call is outside office hours, please leave a message with your name & contact number and a member of sales team will return your call. Messages are picked up 24 hours a day.
Special Orders - Custom Cable Service
We can obtain most types of cable at any length to suit your requirements through our custom cable service. So whether you need a speaker, subwoofer, analogue or digital cable, simply let us know what your after and what at length and we'll get back to you with a price including VAT & Delivery. Please email us on email@example.com with full details of the cable you require and we will provide you with availability and price. We usual respond within 24 hours.
What Payment methods do you accept?
We accept all the major credit cards/debit cards including American Express, MasterCard Visa, Visa Debit as well as PayPal. For business customers, we also accept payments by Cheque or BACS.
When will my goods be delivered?
Once we receive your completed order, we aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours. We will only charge your credit/debit card once your product is ready to dispatch. If there are any delays we will contact you usually within 24 to 48 hours.
How will my goods be delivered?
Within the UK, larger packages are delivered by our appointed couriers, DPD Local. Smaller packages under 2kg are delivered by Royal Mail. International orders are delivered using Royal Mail First Class services, FedEx International Priority and FedEx International Economy Services.
Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
Yes, we ship orders to all countries including the following:

Is VAT charged on shipments outside the European Union?
No. Any shipments to countries outside the EU will automatically have VAT deducted from the order. All prices displayed on the Future Shop website are inclusive of VAT, BEFORE customers login or register. As soon as you login/register and if your shipping address is outside the EU, the system will automatically deduct VAT from the order.
What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?
If we are experiencing delays in completing your order or if the products(s) you require are no longer available, we will notify you immediately. In the event that the item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. We will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
What happens if the product I wish to purchase is not on your website?
If you wish purchase a product which is not available on our website, then contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our sales staff will be happy to help you.
What standard warranty comes with my goods?
All new products come complete with a standard 1 year manufacturer’s warranty if not a Lifetime Warranty. Please see our product information pages for more details. If you experience any problems or faults with a product you have purchased from us, contact us immediately with the exact nature of the fault and a staff member will be happy to assist you.
