Design
The IsoTek V5 Gemini is designed for customers who want to ensure their audio components receive clean power and premium performance. Measuring just 270mm in length, 80mm wide and 50mm in height, this compact power cleaning and distribution bar offers two individual outlets that reference back to the central internal printed circuit board. It is designed with a unique delta filter topology that provides more than 20dB of power cleaning at 1kHz (reference 600Ohms), and 42dB of power cleaning at 10kHz, where radio frequency interference (RFI) starts to influence performance.
The two outlet sockets are also independently isolated to prevent cross-contamination of Differential Mode mains noise, and are connected via IsoTek’s KERP© (Kirchhoff’s Equal Resistance Path) to ensure equal resistance and equal power delivery to all outlets. The internal wiring is of a high standard, consisting of a 2sqmm pure 6n oxygen free copper conductor strands that are silver-plated, providing low resistance and high amperage.
Protection is also increased to 45’000A with IsoTek’s unique sequential and repeatable protection system, plus a System Link outlet is included to connect multiple units together, whilst maintaining a star earth reference. The wall hanging bracket system allows for easy mounting of the product behind your audio equipment rack, if desired. For those customers who want to further optimise their audio setup, IsoTek also offers a range of matching power cables to synergise with the internal wiring of this product.

About IsoTek
UK power specialist making mains conditioners, power bars and power cables to keep noise off the mains supply.
IsoTek is a UK company that specialises in mains power for audio and home cinema systems. Its range includes mains conditioners, power bars, sine wave generators and power cables. Noise filtration is the common thread, and the catalogue is tiered so you can start with an entry-level Discovery product and move up.

Two kinds of mains noise, filtered separately
IsoTek treats mains noise as two problems. Differential mode filtering deals with noise between the live and neutral conductors, while common mode filtering removes RFI carried on the supply as a whole. Products with several outlets give each outlet its own filter, and the Syncro technology cancels DC on the mains.
Protection and layout as well as filtering
Filtering is paired with protection and circuit layout. Surge protection uses VDRs, and the products use a starred earth design, in which each outlet has its own path back to a single earth point. The Titan products use a Direct Coupled circuit, and the Genesis series generates a clean sine wave.
A ladder that starts at Discovery
Discovery is the entry level. The EVO3 range has four levels, Initium, Premier, Sequel and Optimum, and the Ultimate series is a further line, with V5 and One Series variants. Titan, Aquarius, Nova and Sirius are among the model names, so you can build up your power setup step by step.
Why we stock IsoTek
Electrical noise in the average home has got worse every year we have been trading. More switching supplies, more devices on the ring main, more wifi. IsoTek is where we send you when the system is good but the noise floor is holding it back. Cleaning up what goes in is a different job from what a cable can do.
