QX2 and QX4 units are power purifiers that are affective without compromising the peak current capabilities of your power supply or the integrity of your grounding. Each QX unit contains QRT field generators (two in the QX2, four in the twice as powerful QX4) that alleviate the impact of poor quality AC power on your sensitive electronics, limiting RFI and timing errors. Place your QX unit(s) at the heart of your system and you’ll hear a lower noise floor, greater dynamic range, more fluid musical expression and greater space and ambience. QX units allow you to hear more of your music (and less of your system). Used in conjunction with each other as well as the QBASE-Mark IIs, Qv2s and Qk1s, both the QX2 and QX4 provide a highly effective answer to the insidious influence of poor AC supplies on musical reproduction. And because of QRT’s modular approach to AC treatment, you can add additional units as you go along – they never become redundant. The QX2 unit contains a pair of QRT field generators in a specially designed, mechanically inert casework. Fed by a standard 15A IEC input, it is available with a Schuko or UK type AC outlet. It does not limit peak voltage swing or alter the power supply impedance and is capable of passing sufficient current to supply an entire system. The QX2 can be used individually, between the wall socket and your power strip, or within the system itself to feed an individual component. It is particularly effective used in this role in conjunction with a QX4 feeding the system as a whole.

Orders received before 4.30 pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day by FIRST CLASS post (unless premium postal or timed courier services are selected), subject to stock availability. I had a feeling resolution improved too.
I later borrowed, and subsequently purchased, associated mains cables valued at £1600+ /m.
This changed my perception of the what the Gx2's were doing.
BTW I have had much correspondence with Nordost/QRT and I really do understand how the two Qx2's needed to be set up in my system, because they are highly sensitive to location.
What I was beginning to notice, in my quite high-end environment, there was something dragging down the music in its timing together with being less open, light and bouncy and with a shrunken sound stage.
I would conclude that benefits can be had in a system that needs taming, if one is careful to balance out the perceived pros and cons.
Rather than asking you for another refund I am trading them in against the superior cables i mentioned as i had said before to you they were keepers.
