"This outlet does more to open up the music than nearly any power conditioner I have listened to. To be completely fair, power conditioners filter out RF and EMI, and some offer transient protection. 1. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Services as a Standard Postage Option
Orders received before 4.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are usually dispatched the same day by FIRST CLASS post (unless premium postal or timed courier services are selected), subject to stock availability. Over 98% of our orders are usually delivered the next working day including Saturdays.
Standard delivery is usually within 2-3 working days, although 98% of all orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays . In extreme cases, such as delivery to the Highlands and Islands, this may take 3 days.
All items are fully insured and come with an invoice from Futureshop.co.uk. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of small packages and DPD or Interlink Express for items that weigh over 2KG. Items over 2KG are fully insured and will usually be delivered within 48 hours of placing your order Monday to Friday subject to stock availability. For International orders, we use FedEx Services where customers have selected this option.

Some places take longer to deliver to but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 PM.
For the Next Day Special Delivery service, orders must be received by futureshop.co.uk by 4.30pm weekdays. Orders after the 4.30pm deadline cannot be guaranteed for same day dispatch.
Please note, Royal Mail Special Delivery for next working day may not be possible where non-standard cable lengths are ordered. If this is the case, the item will be shipped via The Royal Mail Special Delivery service as soon as the cable is custom made.

As a follow-up to the previous review, the power supply of this wall socket is so good that when you make adjustments to the isolation devices under your streamer or amplifier, you can hear the improvement because there is so much vibration to remove.
Micro details and stringed instruments pop out more, bass lines become more intense, which you can feel through the air, and cymbals just become more real and tuneful. It just helps you get more out of your system.

Based on previous reviews here and Twk Gk and already having 2 yellow fuses installed, excellent, by the way, I decided to purchase this wall plate.
The results were good straight off but have only just got better over the last 2 weeks. The improvements could be heard with much better bass detail and depth, and power inner details. Each speaker sounds like it has a sub built in it, and every type of music just sounds better and less fatiguing as the mid-top end has more air and clarity and no harshness.
I found this a fiddly product to fit, and it would have been better if it was internally bridged, but once in, it has performed well as a socket. Sonically, it is superb up there with any cable interconnect extension box, all costing as much again as I have previously bought. QSA are great products, and this one delivers as well as they say. It's definitely the next step.

The best tweak I've bought. To spend this amount of money on a mains wall plate is, by most people's reckoning, reckless. It's as much as I spent on our new Bosch fridge/freezer. Yet, I've spent far more on other mundane hi-fi components (clock, USB cable, linear power supply, etc), so put in those terms, this wall plate is pretty much par.
If you're going to buy one, then rest assured its impact is hugely significant - freakily so.
For my Hegel amp, I already have decent power cabling (Furutech DPS 4.1) plus QSA yellow and violet fuses. It is plugged into the wall, while my digital source components (streamer, reclockers, clock) are fed from an Isotek power bar. The bar is fed from the 2nd of the two wall-plate's sockets. I'm not fully sure where the benefit is coming from amp or sources - and to be honest, I can't be bothered digging deeper.
Overall, I wouldn't say the signature of the sound has changed. It's not warmer. It's not brighter and more analytical. It's just more obvious. Dynamics are the biggest winner. I can now feel rather than hear kick drums (I don't have a sub-woofer). Plucks of strings have a greater impact. It feels like a veil has been removed. Bass detail and weight have also improved.
Fitting the plate is tricky. Unlike most domestic wall plates, the terminal screws face down rather than up. This means that securing the semi-rigid 2.5mm mains core is very fiddly. Also, the plastic plate clips easily in place once the back plate is screwed to the rear box, though how the plastic plate might be removed later without breaking the clips is beyond me.

I have only recently become aware of the products QSA manufacture and have spent the last 3-4 months upgrading fuses in my system, starting with a Yellow in my power cord and then an Orange, so I know what a difference they can make.
I purchased the Red wall outlet about two weeks ago, and it has once again, like their fuses, boosted the sound of my whole system up another notch.
I highly recommend this product and will hopefully purchase more QSA fuses when funds allow it!!! They are not cheap products, but I knew I was onto something pretty special after putting my first Yellow fuse in my system.
I also received my wall outlet less than 24 hrs of ordering it!! Great service once again from the folk at Future Shop. Mark was very helpful over the phone and told me all I need to know about the product before purchasing.
