For the Next Day Special Delivery service, orders must be received by Future Shop by 4.30pm weekdays. Orders after the 4.30pm deadline cannot be guaranteed for same day dispatch.
Please note, Royal Mail Special Delivery for next working day may not be possible where non-standard cable lengths are ordered. If this is the case, the item will be shipped via The Royal Mail Special Delivery service as soon as the cable is custom made.

Channel Islands & Northern Ireland
We accept orders from all Channel Islands including Alderney, Jersey, Guernsey and Sark. Unless you select a premium service, Items weighing under 2KG are delivered using our standard UK delivery option above. For items weighing over 2KG, a surcharge may be applied for all deliveries to the Channel Islands as well as Northern Ireland.
European Countries
Deliveries to EU member states are not subject to 20% VAT after December 31st 2020 and therefore the 20% VAT on items is automatically deducted when you log-in, register or proceed to place an order.
The customer will be liable for the VAT at the local VAT rate, duty on the import and the brokerage service fee if applicable. This may need to be paid in advance to your local Customs & Excise office or the delivery company before your order can be delivered.

Yes they are very expensive but that cost, in my view, needs to be considered in the context of the total system cost. In my case, they constitute a very small proportion of the system's value, yet they have delivered benefits equal to or greater than those of a major component upgrade. In that context, I think they represent genuinely good value. If you have a good system, it makes absolute sense to ensure your expensive components perform at their best, and it may even save money in the long term by eliminating the need for further upgrades. That is exactly what the SR 13a Pink fuses do.

If you wanted good performance but didn’t want to spend the money on a Master. This is the next best thing currently!
What the Pink brings is something extra this time. Yes, there is a little more top-end, but it's the tone/timbre balance that is outstanding. I think SR almost undersold themselves here by assigning a colour name again. This is more like a 'tuning' master fuse. It corrects balance and significantly drops the noise floor, and that is against the Purple. There is something so right about the tone of my system with these Pink Fuses and particularly when I changed the internal fuse of my Innuos Statement Next Gen2. SR does it again.

I should mention that I had to move the heavy-gauge power cables around a bit, so the sound was completely off in my system for about three days.
It took until day 5 for me to hear real improvements over the previous fuse. That improvement is a more resolving sound throughout the frequency band. Today, comparing this fuse to the silver-plated Bussman, I cannot think of an area where this fuse isn’t better. The treble initially was too bright for my taste but that has now calmed down. It’s a very balanced treble. It’s able to soar high without being harsh, yet it still exhibits attack and bite to the sound when the track demands it. The bass is noticeably more controlled and I am able to discern even more notes in music in the lower frequency. Simply put I can follow any instrument or vocal in any song no matter how poorly recorded the album may be. This is in an ABBAS, SW1X & Naim 500 series system. The tone has not really changed at all and I would describe the tonal balance to be very neutral, not warm like the AMR gold fuse that I’ve had before.
I’m still expecting more changes as the fuse burns in as it has only had about 20 hours of music playback so far.
Would I recommend the fuse? Yes, I would. Please bear in mind that I do think £250 for a fuse is a considerable amount, and it’s something that can blow at any point. Hence, the 4-star rating.
I think it’s a worthwhile investment if your system is nearing completion.
Is it better than the QSA yellow? I think so, although it might be system-dependent. The pink does what the yellow does but with a slightly laid-back feeling. The noise floor is what struck me first. It was very low, which meant I could lower the volume a couple of notches. This still needs more time to burn in, so it can only improve.
Do I think the price difference is worth it? Sure. Of course, it is horses for courses. Both are great products, but for me, the pink has the edge.
