Tellurium Q Blue II Speaker Cable - Factory Terminated
Tellurium Blue II is the entry-level speaker cable that was designed to be the companion to Tellurium Q Black II and has been described by one well-known manufacturer of speakers as having “good mid, but softer sounding” than the Tellurium Black. While having great detail and phase control, the Blue is less revealing of a system than the Black range of speaker cables.

Termination:
Each speaker cable is terminated to a high standard by Tellurium’s Engineers in the UK using quality banana or spade plugs. With recommend customers use Tellurium’s gold-plated banana plugs where possible. The design of this connector achieves a full 360° of contact when it’s inserted into a binding post maximising signal flow from the cable into the plug and then from the plug into the binding post.
How to Order

First off, the 96 hours of running in (thank you, Future Shop) set the scene for what happened next. Connected up to the Denon, the Blues instantly and rather dramatically improved on the (now removed) Clearway cables.
For the same money, the Blues are better on every metric - scale, bass, oomph, crescendos, definition, separation and sheer brio. I already have Tellurium Ultra Blue cables used with a CXA61 and Mission QX2s, and Tellurium Q Black II cables matched with a CXA81 and Wharfedale Evo 5.2s, so you can see I like Tellurium cables.
I would guess that the Blues are best matched with amps in the ballpark of £250 to £450, the Tellurium Ultra Blues from £ 451 to £ 800, and the Black II's from £ 801 to £ 1500.
I tried different Tellurium Q Loudspeaker cables (Ultra Blue 2, Black 2, and Silver 2).
But the Blue 2 sounds the best of all. Full organic sound. You need no more upgrades.

I had a set of nice, well-rated speaker cables that I was happy with but now needed a longer run - I thought it might be a big risk changing to something different - but with these new Blue II I was immediately aware of the sound coming more to life - with attention-grabbing dynamism, vitality and naturalness. Everything just sounds real and fun and involving - honestly, they just sound bloody great!!
After running through cables from various manufacturers, I was advised to go with the TQ Blue II and opt for 96 hours of burn-in (I am not really a believer in burn-in, but it can't do any harm, either). I am extremely satisfied with the results.

These are quality cables - my only regret is impatience. I didn’t go for a full 96-hour burn-in. I’m there under my own steam, and the images continue to unfold.

A bargain, to be honest, and I will recommend them to all my friends.
The sound is so much more detailed smooth mids, tight bass. The sound from these cables makes you want to listen to your system for hours.
Although I thought the Audioquest were good, I was surprised just how much better the Tellurium Q Blue 2's are! It's like I spent a few thousand on a new and better system -- no, I'm not joking. Prior to my purchase, I hadn't been listening very often to my classical FLACs (maybe 1/5 of all my track collection) because somehow they didn't interest me. I put it down to many of the CDs I'd ripped them from being quite old -- some of them bought up to 35 years ago. Not that the digital data would have been any different then, but in the earlier days of CDs, reportedly many weren't necessarily optimally recorded. I often wondered what possessed me to buy them in the first place.
Within the first couple of hours, The unbroken-in Blue 2's sounded a little soft and I was disappointed, but then they started breaking in and I was increasingly impressed by the way they made my collection of popular FLACs sound -- well, somehow much more interesting. Hard to describe it, really. Just more real, spacious, engaging and dynamic. I also noticed how they seemed to increase the sound level at any given setting by a good 3-4 dB (the Audiolab's volume is shown as dB ratings, from -78 up to +8). I was very pleased, and then wondered whether they would do anything for my classical collection.
Yup. They did, and I began to remember why I'd bought all those classical CDs. They actually contained many lovely tunes. I was beginning to be entranced by them again. Thing is, audio gear these days is so much better than it used to be, and what would once satisfy on inferior gear wouldn't now on better equipment, especially with middling cables like the Audioquest ones. But the Blue 2's lifted the veil and revealed a great deal more -- not merely in terms of detail, but sheer enjoyment. You know when you're enjoying listening when you just can't drag yourself away from the music. Everything captivates you, even with tracks that hitherto had seemed rather mediocre.
If you can afford the just under £100 delivered it will cost you to buy these 2.5m cables, then my recommendation would be to buy them. If you have lesser cables, you probably won't know the full potential of your system yet. You don't need very expensive gear to do this - my amp and speakers cost just under £1200 combined but now sound so much better. £1200 + £100 = £2,500? Crazy maths, but it expresses very well how I feel about the Blue 2's.
What can I am to say and for this price with this cable is really I can hear the difference.
I am very lucky to buy this cable and Futureshop is a very good shop and service everything is very good.
