The Silver Diamonds are the cables that Tellurium were not sure could be made (although they hoped that they would be possible).
Tellurium Q talk about the fact that any cable from their manufacturer is an electronic filter- whether you want it to be or not, that is just a fact of life. By acting as a filter, any cable causes relative phase relationship issues for the signal. They have taken their research and development that was outlined in “Our Focus” and sought to push the concept of a neutral filter as far as they thought it was possible to give you a highly transparent, natural and “real” presentation.
So, what’s different? Well, compared to the Black Diamond, which was Tellurium's award-winning multi-product of the year cable, the Silver Diamond has an even better bass definition, improved detail, a more extended top end (without any harshness), and something else which people are finding hard to define simply because they have not heard it before. As one of the first people to hear the cable said, there is a “certain rightness” to the sound, and that is because Tellurium has gotten closer to achieving its goal in cable development and signal transmission than ever before, and you can hear it. Perhaps an analogy would be to talk about the Black Diamond as HD image quality, whereas the Silver Diamond is 4K Ultra HD quality with 3D effortlessly thrown in for good measure.
This cable behaves differently from our others, requiring a run-through of track three from our System disc to properly embed it before listening on a new system- even when it is run in – almost like conditioning the system to make the most of the cable’s abilities. It may sound strange to say that a system needs to be tuned up, or put in tune, to get the most from this cable- but the cable is something quite unique, as you will hear if you get the chance to listen to a system employing it.

Termination:
Each speaker cable is terminated to a high standard by Tellurium’s Engineers in the UK using quality banana or spade plugs. With recommend customers use Tellurium’s silver-plated banana plugs where possible. The design of this connector achieves a full 360° of contact when it’s inserted into a binding post maximising signal flow from the cable into the plug and then from the plug into the binding post.
How to Order
From the dropdown menus' above, simply select the length of cable, the type of plugs required at the ‘Amplifier end’ and ‘Speaker end’ and click on the 'Add to Basket' button to add the item to your basket. Your cable will be dispatched as soon as it has been made by Future Shop's or the manufacturer’s engineers and has completed the specified burn-in process (if any), subject to Future Shop’s Terms & Conditions and stock availability.
Please note that this is a bespoke cable, custom-made to your specific requirements e.g. cut to specific lengths and terminated with specific plugs according to your specification and hand-made by Tellurium engineers. Therefore, certain lengths may carry an extended delivery timescale, and certain lengths/plug configurations may also not be eligible for return.

Tellurium Q builds its cables in Somerset around one problem: phase distortion. Its designers start from the view that every material in the signal path acts as a filter, and they combine multiple stranded conductors, different dielectric materials and different geometries to reduce the effect. Three families, three balances
The Silver range is designed to give silver-like character without harshness. The Black range, which includes Black Diamond, aims for a transparent and lifelike presentation. The Blue range adds a little warmth to balance a bright system. You can pick the family that matches your system before choosing a level.
Several levels within each family
Each family has three levels: the standard models (Silver III, Black II and Blue II), the Ultra II models and the Diamond models, with a Statement line alongside them. You can choose a family for its balance first, then decide which level suits your system and budget.
Every connection from one designer
Tellurium Q makes speaker cables, interconnects, power cables and jumpers or links across its families. Because all of them come from one design approach, you can carry the same thinking from source to speaker, using a family chosen for its balance for every cable in the chain.
Why we stock Tellurium Q
Tellurium Q are the brand customers tell us about unprompted. Black is the range that sells and the one people return to buy more of, usually after hearing what a single interconnect did. Fourteen years of selling them and the feedback has not shifted, which is rarer than it sounds.
New cables (even high-quality ones) benefit from a period of signal conditioning before reaching their optimum performance. The dielectric (insulation) around the conductors needs time to stabilise under the electromagnetic field created by signal flow. Rather than leaving this to you, we run cables on our Nordost Vidar burn-in machine before dispatch, up to the equivalent of 200 hours of use, in a fraction of the time. Your cable arrives performance-ready from the first listen.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class services for our Standard Delivery.
Orders received before 4.30 pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day by FIRST CLASS post (unless premium postal or timed courier services are selected), subject to stock availability. This does not apply to custom-length cables and speaker cables as these require a longer timescale to terminate. This also excludes all cables selected for the burn-in service. Please note, we do not process orders on national holidays in the UK. Over 98% of our orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays.
Standard delivery is usually within 2 working days, although 98% of all orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays. In extreme cases, such as delivery to the Highlands and Islands, this may take 3 days.
All items are fully insured and come with an invoice from Future Shop. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of small packages and DPD Local or DHL for items that weigh over 2KG. Items over 2KG are fully insured and will usually be delivered within 48 hours of placing your order subject to stock availability. For international orders, we use FedEx or DHL services where customers have selected this option.
Please note, special orders for non-standard cable lengths may be subject to longer deliver time-scales. This may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

European Countries

Termination:
Each speaker cable is terminated to a high standard by Tellurium’s Engineers in the UK using quality banana or spade plugs. With recommend customers use Tellurium’s silver-plated banana plugs where possible. The design of this connector achieves a full 360° of contact when it’s inserted into a binding post maximising signal flow from the cable into the plug and then from the plug into the binding post.
How to Order
From the dropdown menus' above, simply select the length of cable, the type of plugs required at the ‘Amplifier end’ and ‘Speaker end’ and click on the 'Add to Basket' button to add the item to your basket. Your cable will be dispatched as soon as it has been made by Future Shop's or the manufacturer’s engineers and has completed the specified burn-in process (if any), subject to Future Shop’s Terms & Conditions and stock availability.
Please note that this is a bespoke cable, custom-made to your specific requirements e.g. cut to specific lengths and terminated with specific plugs according to your specification and hand-made by Tellurium engineers. Therefore, certain lengths may carry an extended delivery timescale, and certain lengths/plug configurations may also not be eligible for return.

The Silver range is designed to give silver-like character without harshness. The Black range, which includes Black Diamond, aims for a transparent and lifelike presentation. Each family has three levels: the standard models (Silver III, Black II and Blue II), the Ultra II models and the Diamond models, with a Statement line alongside them. You can choose a family for its balance first, then decide which level suits your system and budget.

Why we stock Tellurium Q
Tellurium Q are the brand customers tell us about unprompted. Black is the range that sells and the one people return to buy more of, usually after hearing what a single interconnect did. Fourteen years of selling them and the feedback has not shifted, which is rarer than it sounds.
New cables (even high-quality ones) benefit from a period of signal conditioning before reaching their optimum performance. The dielectric (insulation) around the conductors needs time to stabilise under the electromagnetic field created by signal flow. Rather than leaving this to you, we run cables on our Nordost Vidar burn-in machine before dispatch, up to the equivalent of 200 hours of use, in a fraction of the time. Your cable arrives performance-ready from the first listen.
We use Royal Mail 1st Class services for our Standard Delivery.
Orders received before 4.30 pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day by FIRST CLASS post (unless premium postal or timed courier services are selected), subject to stock availability. This does not apply to custom-length cables and speaker cables as these require a longer timescale to terminate. This also excludes all cables selected for the burn-in service. Please note, we do not process orders on national holidays in the UK. Over 98% of our orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays.
Standard delivery is usually within 2 working days, although 98% of all orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays. In extreme cases, such as delivery to the Highlands and Islands, this may take 3 days.
All items are fully insured and come with an invoice from Future Shop. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of small packages and DPD Local or DHL for items that weigh over 2KG. Items over 2KG are fully insured and will usually be delivered within 48 hours of placing your order subject to stock availability. For international orders, we use FedEx or DHL services where customers have selected this option.
Please note, special orders for non-standard cable lengths may be subject to longer deliver time-scales. This may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

European Countries
