Tellurium Q Silver Diamond Waveform hf RCA to BNC Digital Coaxial Cable 1m
What else could the Silver Diamond possibly bring? Is there actually anything to improve upon with the already phenomenal Ultra Silver Waveform™ II performance?
Upon connecting the Silver Diamond RCA digital cable the answer became immediately obvious: a resounding yes. Just when Tellurium thought the limits were reached, the Silver Diamond went further! In particular, the extension at the extremes was even better and the openness of the midrange spectrum helped to cast an even more natural sonic picture. The vocals were sensationally immediate and alive; the human touch was highly authentic. The bass spectrum gained in punch and control, and the instruments had even more body and thus seemed even more realistic- despite already being exemplary with the Ultra Silver RCA cable. The uppermost octaves seemed even more open and limitless in their extension with the Silver Diamond, and this in turn gave even more airy presentation of various recording venues.
Contact Enhancer Option
To ensure the best possible connection between your system, Future Shop recommends the DeoxIT Gold G-Series contact enhancer.
DeoxIT Gold is carefully applied to the plug contacts of your cable and is a unique conditioning solution designed to improve conductivity and provide long-lasting protection on gold, base metals and other precious metal contacts and connections. DeoxIT Gold penetrates plated surfaces, molecularly bonding to the base metals to seal and protect both surfaces.
The benefits of applying DeoxIT gold are:
- Improved Conductivity
- Maintained optimum signal quality
- Reduced wear & abrasion
- Prevents fretting/dendrite corrosion
- Forms a protective anti-tarnishing coating
- Stabilises connections between similar and dissimilar metals
- Reduces arcing, RFI and intermittent connections
Please select this option from the above ‘Contact Enhancer’ drop-down menu and our engineers will apply the contact solution to your cable connectors prior to shipping.

"This was not a subtle change, a nuanced difference. This was like stepping from the audience onto the recording studio floor... Silver Diamond is in actual fact a bargain, as it takes your musical delight to levels which you thought were beyond your system’s reach, and will be a lot less expensive than changing major components." Chris Kelly - The Ear.net |

"Silver Diamond is extraordinarily transparent, satisfyingly open, full-bodied, with an awesome bass, and extremely sweet and smooth across the midrange." Alan Sircom - HiFi Plus |
About Tellurium Q
Tellurium Q cables offer a unique approach to cable performance, focusing on minimising phase distortion, a common problem inherent in all cables. The Tellurium Q team understands that all signal path materials act as electronic filters, impacting the naturalness of vocals and overall audio quality.
Instead of ignoring this issue, Tellurium Q embraces it and engineers cables that provide a clear path for the signal, aiming for the most natural sound possible with current technology. Their construction involves multiple stranded conductors of varying materials, dielectric materials, and geometries. Every detail, from solder mixes to plating thicknesses, is carefully considered.
Tellurium Q has developed three distinct families of sound to cater to different customer preferences: the Tellurium Q Silver range offers silver-like characteristics without harshness, the Tellurium Q Black range (including the Tellurium Q Black Diamond) provides transparent and lifelike reproduction, and the Tellurium Q Blue range adds a slight warmth to balance brighter systems. Each range is designed to enhance the audio experience uniquely. They strive to offer a clear, transparent, and natural listening experience and invite customers to hear the exceptional results of their work for themselves.
Having entered the Hi-Fi scene in 2010, Tellurium Q has won several coveted awards and global recognition. With their extensive range of top-tier cables available in 37 countries, they've accumulated 154 exceptional reviews and 14 'Products of the Year' awards from international Hi-Fi magazines. They have twice received the 'Queen's Award for Enterprise' in recognition of their remarkable export growth. Tellurium Q's uncompromising commitment to excellence ensures its products are not just good or average but exceptional, offering customers the best available in its price range.
About Tellurium Q Cables
Somerset cable maker focused on phase distortion, with Silver, Black and Blue families tuned to different system balances.
Tellurium Q builds its cables in Somerset around one problem: phase distortion. Its designers start from the view that every material in the signal path acts as a filter, and they combine multiple stranded conductors, different dielectric materials and different geometries to reduce the effect. Even solder mixes and plating thicknesses are chosen with the same aim.

Three families, three balances
The Silver range is designed to give silver-like character without harshness. The Black range, which includes Black Diamond, aims for a transparent and lifelike presentation. The Blue range adds a little warmth to balance a bright system. You can pick the family that matches your system before choosing a level.
Several levels within each family
Each family has three levels: the standard models (Silver III, Black II and Blue II), the Ultra II models and the Diamond models, with a Statement line alongside them. You can choose a family for its balance first, then decide which level suits your system and budget.
Every connection from one designer
Tellurium Q makes speaker cables, interconnects, power cables and jumpers or links across its families. Because all of them come from one design approach, you can carry the same thinking from source to speaker, using a family chosen for its balance for every cable in the chain.
Why we stock Tellurium Q
Tellurium Q are the brand customers tell us about unprompted. Black is the range that sells and the one people return to buy more of, usually after hearing what a single interconnect did. Fourteen years of selling them and the feedback has not shifted, which is rarer than it sounds.
New cables (even high-quality ones) benefit from a period of signal conditioning before reaching their optimum performance. The dielectric (insulation) around the conductors needs time to stabilise under the electromagnetic field created by signal flow. Rather than leaving this to you, we run cables on our Nordost Vidar burn-in machine before dispatch, up to the equivalent of 200 hours of use, in a fraction of the time. Your cable arrives performance-ready from the first listen.
