We use Royal Mail 1st Class services for our Standard Delivery.
Orders received before 4.30 pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day by FIRST CLASS post (unless premium postal or timed courier services are selected), subject to stock availability. This does not apply to custom-length cables and speaker cables as these require a longer timescale to terminate. This also excludes all cables selected for the burn-in service. Please note, we do not process orders on national holidays in the UK. Over 98% of our orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays.

All items are fully insured and come with an invoice from Future Shop. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of small packages and DPD Local or DHL for items that weigh over 2KG. Items over 2KG are fully insured and will usually be delivered within 48 hours of placing your order subject to stock availability. For international orders, we use FedEx or DHL services where customers have selected this option.

Mark was of the opinion that, instead of upgrading my Eversolo to a dedicated streaming transport, I'd get a bigger improvement by better isolating the DMP-A6 from digital noise coming from my router by buying the Waversa. Mark also pointed out that the device would also make the most of any new streaming transport I brought going forward. Since I've always considered the environment of any system to be at least as important as the system itself, I took the plunge.
Well, as Mark promised, the effect of inserting the Waversa between the router and Eversolo was 'night and day.' Since no powering down is required, I've gone back-and-forth several times to confirm what I noticed right from the off; with the Waversa cleaning up the digital stream, the music is simply more palpable and beautiful. Notes gain some improvement in timbre and definition, but what is impressive is how solid, organic and authoritative the sound becomes. There is an extra vibrancy, richness and body to every note, from a weightier bass right up to a more incisive treble. The soundstage fills with a resonant interplay of instruments that feels more analogue than digital in character. It's about presenting music in a more satisfying, palpable way, rather than unearthing micro details which impress but ultimately do not add to musical enjoyment.
Removing the Waversa makes the sound instantly thinner and hollow of feeling. I recommend this device to anyone who's looking to improve their streamer. It might save you a lot of money changing core components and get you a bigger upgrade, to boot. Mark told me I'd never send the Waversa back. He was right.
