Made with a copper/zinc alloy and a non-slip E.P.D.M elastomer membrane, Atacama's HD-L Floor Spike Shoes are designed to protect delicate floors, able to effectively support up to 125kg spread across all 4 shoes.
What Atacama say
Atacama High Density spike shoes are made of a copper /zinc alloy construction, and feature a hole on the upper surface to locate the spike and on its lower surface, a non slip E.P.D.M. elastomer membrane designed to protect delicate floor coverings and aid sound dampening. Each spike shoe has a diameter of 25mm, making the HD-L suitable for most speaker stands and Hifi rack applications with a overall maximum weight spread over all four shoes of 125Kg. They are available in a choice of two colours, Satin Black or Nickel Silver.
HD-L spike shoes are suitable for all Atacama products with spiked feet, especially Hifi racks and heavy speaker stand applications like the HMS series and larger SL series , or if the flooring is made of a exceptionally soft material and the load needs to be spread, for example pinewood planking. They are not brand specific and can be used with other spiked feet furnture providing the weight tolerance recommendations are adheard to.

Isolation is built into the rack
The Evoque Eco range uses ASIST damping gaskets as standard, along with a mechanical grounding system and modular isolation components. The SE2 versions add vectored resonance channels and contoured shelving. All of this is aimed at controlling vibration at the shelf, where it affects your sources.
Bamboo and oak, in several finishes
Bamboo panels are used in the Evoque range, and solid oak in the Apollo Storm and Apollo Podium ranges. Finishes include natural oak, dark oak, natural bamboo and dark bamboo, plus a Premium Black Edition, so a rack can be matched to the room it sits in.
Modular racks, with vinyl storage on some
The Apollo and Evoque racks are modular, so you can put together a rack that suits the equipment you own and add to it later. Apollo Storm and Apollo Podium offer vinyl storage, and it is an option on the Elite Reference Series.

Standard delivery is usually within 2 working days, although 98% of all orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays. In extreme cases, such as delivery to the Highlands and Islands, this may take 3 days.
All items are fully insured and come with an invoice from Future Shop. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of small packages and DPD Local or DHL for items that weigh over 2KG. Items over 2KG are fully insured and will usually be delivered within 48 hours of placing your order subject to stock availability. For international orders, we use FedEx or DHL services where customers have selected this option.
Please note, special orders for non-standard cable lengths may be subject to longer deliver time-scales. This may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

These floor spike shoes are widely praised for their solid build quality, effective functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
