Performance is the range most people mean when they talk about QED. It covers HDMI, analogue interconnect, optical, coax and Ethernet, with better conductor quality and shielding than Connect, and it is enough for the large majority of mid-price systems.
Below it, Connect is the entry range for a system where the cable should not be the focus of spend. Above it, Reference uses higher purity conductors and better shielding, and it is the step for a system where the source and amplifier are already well matched.
For most systems the honest answer is that Performance is the right place to land and the remaining budget is better spent on the electronics or the room. We would rather say that than sell you something your system cannot show you.

They're made from the same 2.5mm² 99.999% OFC, X-Tube Plus cable as Performance Speaker Cable, with a gold-plated Airloc banana plug at one end and a spade at the other, cold-welded for a lasting connection. Two pairs, enough for a pair of speakers.
