The Chord C-digital is designed to work with CD players, streaming devices, DVD players and any other component with a digital coaxial output. The unique ARAY conductor configuration can improve the coherence and musical involvement of any system. The Chord Company C-digital features a unique conductor configuration, derived from our award-winning Tuned/Super ARAY technology - developed to work effectively with high speed digital signals. C-digital is part of an award-winning range of analogue and digital interconnects, including USB and streaming cables, HDMI, power cables and C-screen speaker cable – our most cost effective shielded speaker cable.
To obtain the best results from this cable, Chord recommend you follow these simple instructions:
- Switch off all equipment before fitting or removing cables
- Connect the cable so that the print on the cable reads away from the source component
- The “C” of Chord should be nearest the source
- Avoid touching the contact areas of the plug
- Route the cable away from speaker cables and power cables

We use Royal Mail 1st Class services for our Standard Delivery.
Orders received before 4.30 pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day by FIRST CLASS post (unless premium postal or timed courier services are selected), subject to stock availability. This does not apply to custom-length cables and speaker cables as these require a longer timescale to terminate. This also excludes all cables selected for the burn-in service. Please note, we do not process orders on national holidays in the UK. Over 98% of our orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays.
Standard delivery is usually within 2 working days, although 98% of all orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays. In extreme cases, such as delivery to the Highlands and Islands, this may take 3 days.
All items are fully insured and come with an invoice from Future Shop. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of small packages and DPD Local or DHL for items that weigh over 2KG. Items over 2KG are fully insured and will usually be delivered within 48 hours of placing your order subject to stock availability. For international orders, we use FedEx or DHL services where customers have selected this option.
Please note, special orders for non-standard cable lengths may be subject to longer deliver time-scales. This may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Some places take longer to deliver to but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 PM.
For the Next Day Special Delivery service, orders must be received by Future Shop by 4.30pm weekdays. Orders after the 4.30pm deadline cannot be guaranteed for same day dispatch.

Deliveries to EU member states are not subject to 20% VAT after December 31st 2020 and therefore the 20% VAT on items is automatically deducted when you log-in, register or proceed to place an order.

The Chord C digital coaxial cable receives consistent praise for build quality, sound performance, and value for money. I have a highly resolving system and mainly use Chord Company EpicX interconnects and speaker cable, but needed a reasonably priced coax cable to link an old Arcam FMJ CD23 CD players digital output to a low cost Fiio K13 R2R DAC I was playing around with out of curiosity. In this context it was an excellent sounding cable and didn't embarrass itself sonically at all.
I would recommend it as it sounded distinctly cleaner, clearer and smoother than the cheap no brand cable I initially bought online with the DAC.
Service from Futureshop was, as always, excellent too. Ordered late Thursday evening. Delivered first thing Saturday morning.
I've used it for about one month so far, and there have been no issues with sound or connections.
Chord is fantastic in every way, especially If you look at the price.
Delivery was extremely fast. I placed the order on a Friday afternoon. By Wednesday morning, the cable was in my hands, which was absolutely amazing! I think it helps that Futureshop warehouse is not far from Heathrow :)

Same open and balanced sound as the rest of the CHORD C series. The voices and upper registers are very well integrated with the rest of the music. Very clear but never aggressive. Delivers a lot of information. And finally nice firm bass. It's a keeper.
