SPEAKER CABLES:

IsoAcoustics GAIA Neo Cap (I / II / III Neo)
The IsoAcoustics GAIA Neo Cap is an accessory for GAIA Neo isolators that solves two problems at once, one cosmetic and one functional, without altering the isolation performance the GAIA Neo is built for. On many installations the isolator's O-ring, compression washer or inlet remains visible once fitted, which looks unfinished beneath an expensive loudspeaker. The cap fits directly over the top of the isolator to conceal that hardware, creating a smooth surface that blends into the speaker cabinet and gives the installation a properly resolved appearance.
The functional benefit matters just as much. Some cabinets present only a small contact area, too limited for the standard compression washer to seat properly. The GAIA Neo Cap houses the compression washer internally, maintaining consistent, secure contact between the isolator and the speaker base on exactly those cabinets where the washer alone would not sit correctly. Installation is a three-step process requiring no special tools: fit the thread adapter and remove the O-ring, seat the compression washer inside the cap, then position the cap onto the GAIA Neo within the O-ring channel. The cap can also be combined with the GAIA Neo M8 Spacer on compatible Sonus faber speakers for a more integrated result.
Caps are supplied four to a pack, which covers one speaker fitted with four isolators, so a stereo pair requires two packs. Sizing is model-specific, with separate versions matched to the GAIA I Neo, which supports loudspeakers and subwoofers up to 100kg, the GAIA II Neo up to 55kg, and the GAIA III Neo up to 32kg. The correct size must be ordered to match the isolators already in use.

Orders received before 4.30 pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day by FIRST CLASS post (unless premium postal or timed courier services are selected), subject to stock availability. All items are fully insured and come with an invoice from Future Shop. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of small packages and DPD Local or DHL for items that weigh over 2KG. Items over 2KG are fully insured and will usually be delivered within 48 hours of placing your order subject to stock availability. For international orders, we use FedEx or DHL services where customers have selected this option.

Some places take longer to deliver to but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 PM.
For the Next Day Special Delivery service, orders must be received by Future Shop by 4.30pm weekdays. Orders after the 4.30pm deadline cannot be guaranteed for same day dispatch.
