Meet the Future Shop Team.

Abdul founded Future Shop in 2005 after discovering that the AV cables in his home cinema setup were the limiting factor in its performance. That single discovery — that better cables make a real, audible and visible difference — sparked a business that has now grown into one of the UK’s most trusted hi-fi cable specialists.

Still actively involved in product selection, customer relationships, and the strategic direction of the company, Abdul brings the same curiosity and commitment he had on day one. He genuinely believes that every customer deserves honest, expert guidance — and has built an entire business around that belief.

Zareen oversees the financial management of Future Shop, ensuring the business operates with the rigour and transparency that reflects its values. Her work underpins the operational stability that allows the rest of the team to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Adam runs the operational side of Future Shop — from warehouse management and stock control to dispatch and fulfilment. His work is what ensures that when a customer orders before 3pm on a weekday, their cable genuinely ships the same day. The Same Day Dispatch guarantee exists because of the systems and standards Adam has built and maintains.

Phillip leads Future Shop’s digital presence — from the website and SEO strategy to product content and marketing communications. He is responsible for ensuring that the expertise and values of the business translate into every customer touchpoint online, from the first search result to the product page.

Nigel has been helping customers find the right cable for over a decade. His patient, methodical approach to system analysis has helped thousands of customers hear their music the way it was intended. Nigel is the embodiment of the Future Shop advisory philosophy — he listens first, asks the right questions, and only then recommends.

He has particular depth in speaker cables, analogue interconnects, and complete hi-fi system evaluation.

Daniela provides operational and administrative support across the business, ensuring that the day-to-day running of Future Shop runs smoothly. Her organisational expertise contributes to the reliability and professionalism that customers experience in every interaction.

Gary specialises in home cinema, AV distribution, and the complex signal chains that sit between source and screen. From 4K HDMI routing to multi-room audio distribution, his knowledge of the AV signal chain is second to none.

Gary is the person to speak to if you’re running long HDMI distances, working with AV receivers and eARC, or distributing video across multiple rooms.

Mark’s expertise spans digital audio, streaming solutions, and cable compatibility across a wide range of modern source equipment. He has deep knowledge of DAC, streamer, and network audio setups — and is well-placed to advise on cable selection for digital audio applications, from coaxial and optical interconnects to USB cables for computer audio.

Hezron brings expertise in mains power conditioning, power cables, and hi-fi accessories — areas that are often overlooked but can make a significant difference to system performance. He also has experience with custom cable builds and specification, making him an excellent resource for customers looking to commission bespoke cables.

Stevyn helps customers get the very best from their systems, combining hands-on AV technical knowledge with a genuine, no-pressure approach to customer service — making sure you get exactly the right solution for your system and budget.

Santosh leads the engineering side of our cable work — terminating, assembling and testing to the exacting standards Future Shop is known for. His precision and deep knowledge of connectors and conductors ensure every cable performs exactly as it should.

Shino builds and terminates cables across our range with meticulous attention to detail — from everyday interconnects to bespoke custom orders. His craftsmanship is part of why our cables are trusted by audiophiles and professional installers alike.

Edina keeps orders moving and stock accurate, co-ordinating processing and inventory so the right product reaches the right customer on time — a big part of why Future Shop can promise reliable same-day dispatch.

Agnes manages accounts and payments with care and accuracy, ensuring every transaction is handled smoothly and transparently — underpinning the financial reliability that lets the rest of the team focus on looking after customers.
