We use Royal Mail 1st Class services for our Standard Delivery.
Orders received before 4.30 pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day by FIRST CLASS post (unless premium postal or timed courier services are selected), subject to stock availability. This does not apply to custom-length cables and speaker cables as these require a longer timescale to terminate. This also excludes all cables selected for the burn-in service. Please note, we do not process orders on national holidays in the UK. Over 98% of our orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays.

To set context, I am somebody who does buy into the idea that USB cables matter. But to a point.
Many "audiophile" cables eschew the USB standards and my experience this can be to their detriment. With the Supra you get an exceedingly well made, flexible cable which adheres to the USB standards whilst implementing robust shielding. The result is a cable that is (to my ears) much smoother than any other I have experienced, including those costing many hundreds, if not thousands, of pounds. This indicates a better shielded cable as RFI often manifests itself in a brighter sounder which gives the illusion of better clarity, when in fact it will ultimately be more fatiguing, less natural and reducing musicality. Do not be tricked.
The only downside is that it is not as much of a visual statement as those supposed more "high-end" cables. But that's subjective and you may very well prefer how it looks so cannot mark it down on that basis.
In summary, this is as good a USB cable that beats every other cable at a fraction of the price.

I'm on several audiophile forums, and this cable kept getting mentioned with glowing reviews against much more expensive ones. I was relatively happy with the way my system sounded, but immediately upon using the Supra, the sound was instantly transformed.
The most noticeable was the drastically improved separation. It was not subtle but absolutely fantastic. I could not stop listening to song after song, hearing new things each time. You would be hard-pressed to find a better value to performance than this. I could not recommend it more!

If you are looking at this cable, and it’s the kind of money you’re looking to spend, buy it. You will love it, and you will never regret it. I only regret not thinking of buying it or something similarly audiophile grade sooner.
On which note, I was glad of the speedy packing and dispatch, which got it to me as soon as I could have wished for. Very impressed with the service all around from Future Shop.
In my experience, if you’re upgrading from a stock cable, you’ll get tighter, more-defined bass, fuller highs, and a punchier sound all around. All the while, it’s opening everything up to the extent you’ll hear things in your music you’ve never heard before on the system you’re (massively) upgrading. Love it. 5m, no issues at all.
Moreover, it resolves an issue. As I had hoped, sporadic episodes of static interference have been all but eradicated by this cable, as well as it provides a huge improvement sonically.

I wanted to move my Marantz DAC further away from my iMac due to purchasing an additional monitor. I’ve had the 1m version of this cable for a number of years and have been very pleased and impressed.
So I simply bought the 3m version - I was slightly apprehensive that the extra length might have a detrimental impact on the sound quality, but it’s just as good. But with confidence.

Compared to my QED base model USB cable(forgot name), this cable is a little more musical, vocals come more forth(this might not be an improvement depending on every person), listening to the same piano pieces, I tend to feel the edges to be a little smoother. Overall I like this one and am satisfied with the purchase.

I purchased the 70cm version of this cable to connect up my source and my streamer. It goes [source] > ISO Regen > [streamer]. I've only heard 3 USB cables before this, the stock USB cable that everyone knows and hates, a Curious USB cable (a much older version than current-gen Curious), a cable I built myself that is my current favorite ($30 in parts). After hearing so much good about the Supra USB I decided to give them a go.
Plugging them in for the first time, they sound in every way inferior to my DIY cable. However it's still obviously better than stock USB cables in especially their ability to resolve details and the openness of the soundstage. A good upgrade for someone who isn't comfortable with DIY and coming from stock USB cables, however don't expect it to trump the likes of Curious and other more premium USB cables.

I have a NAD C368 dac/amp with the BluOs module which uses wi-fi to connect to my router. The router is in the hallway and the NAS in an upstairs room. A network cable runs between the two locations with RJ45 sockets at each end, for connection to the equipment. The network cable between the 2 sockets was originally cat6 but I changed it to the Supra and upgraded the sockets to cat8, also. I use Audioquest cinnamon patch leads from the sockets to the equipment.
The improvement in sound after changing to the Supra, was immediately evident. Highly recommended.
