Please note that these interconnects are directional and for the best sound the signal must travel in the direction of the arrow near the centre of the cable.
The grip in the phono plugs is adjustable enabling you to get the best possible fit.
To minimize vibration and noise, each RCA connector is sealed with an anti micro-phony compound to damp excess vibration in that part of the signal path. This helps to enhance the silent background in your system.

Orders received before 4.30 pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day by FIRST CLASS post (unless premium postal or timed courier services are selected), subject to stock availability. We accept orders from all Channel Islands including Alderney, Jersey, Guernsey and Sark. For items weighing over 2KG, a surcharge may be applied for all deliveries to the Channel Islands as well as Northern Ireland.
European Countries
Deliveries to EU member states are not subject to 20% VAT after December 31st 2020 and therefore the 20% VAT on items is automatically deducted when you log-in, register or proceed to place an order.
The customer will be liable for the VAT at the local VAT rate, duty on the import and the brokerage service fee if applicable. This may need to be paid in advance to your local Customs & Excise office or the delivery company before your order can be delivered.

- Cable Compatibility: We regret to inform you that we cannot burn-in cables with stripped bare ends or BFA plugs. In order for cables to undergo the burn-in process, they should be terminated or have connectors.
- Timing: Cables will be burnt in for the selected period after processing your order. For custom-length cables, the burn-in process will occur after they have been terminated by the manufacturer or our engineers unless specified otherwise in the product description.
- Availability: Future Shop provides our cable burn-in service free of charge, but its availability is at our discretion. While we strive to fulfil all burn-in requests for the specified time periods, please understand that during exceptionally busy periods, we may be unable to meet the demand due to limited connections on the Nordost Vidar cable conditioning machines.
The Nordost VIDAR cable burn-in machine integrates three key functions into one operation:
- Charge Neutralisation: It eliminates charges that accumulate around the cables and their insulation, ensuring a more balanced electrical environment.
- Deep Conditioning: The machine provides a wide band and deep conditioning process that affects the conductor core, resulting in changes to the signal transmission through the metal. This deep conditioning enhances the cable's performance.
- Ultrasonic Surface Conditioning: The VIDAR machine utilizes ultrasonic waves to condition the surface of the conductors, optimizing their contact and overall conductivity.
The VIDAR employs a proprietary combination of composite and complex signals to condition the cables. These signals comprise ultra-low and ultra-high frequencies, extending beyond the range of video frequencies. The signal moves back and forth along the cable, penetrating deep into the core with ultra-low frequencies and traversing the surface with ultra-high frequencies. The Black II range may be a little lowly in price point, as my system is pretty high-end. I only started with the humble Black as an experiment, but I see no point in spending any more at this point as they are (to my ears) perfect!
The cable, Tellurium Black II RCA interconnect, is beautifully made, like the way the plugs fit by screwing on the components. It runs from my DAC to my headphone amp, and the result is great.
Trying it on my CD player was so good so that I ordered another set. I'm really happy, as the player (Marantz CD17) lacked clarity and sounded dull.
What an improvement, I can't recommend it highly enough. Fantastic value for money.
I can’t ask for anything more. I would also like to say I have tried the ultra also, and the difference is nothing in it, really.
I highly recommend these cables, although they are not cheap, I think they are worth spending more money on.

The difference was immediately obvious, the first thing to hit me was the depth and control of the bass. It's lower, faster and controlled as I've never heard in my home system before. The soundstage imaging and separation have all improved considerably. What really strikes me is how natural and smooth my system sounds with these cables in place. I didn't think I needed to change anything in my set-up, but after reading reviews and speaking to a friend who has these cables in his system, curiosity got the better of me, and I'm glad it did!
In truth, I'm only 1 album in, but the improvement and just in general, how good my system sounds now (even though it did before) prompted me to write this review. The biggest and most obvious difference and improvement I can ever recall after simply changing interconnects.

Makes the high frequency less harsh, voices and mids very clear and clean, plenty of details , great dynamic.
The bass is very well controlled and not boomy. A very big improvement over very good QED signature audio 40 RCA cables.
