Most music follows a form that can be calculated with a fourier transform analysis and time frequency analysis indicating it is not random, which simply means that your system can get into a “rut”. Like going to a gym and training only a few specific muscles for years and then wondering why your body is out of balance. This recording takes your system through a full workout of frequencies and tonal changes that is specifically designed to stretch your system’s components and bring new life into your music.
We place equal importance on all frequencies and even go into deep bass in a way that sub woofers will benefit from while working up through mids into the upper high frequency ranges in a non-sequential , non- Fourier way. There are also no pure ratio intervals to allow your system to slouch while it is having its work out. This is also one of the prime reasons that music played normally is slow to burn in components compared to this tool. Music does not cover your system’s range in a way that exercises the components sufficiently in a mechanical, electronic and magnetic sense to burn in your various components as efficiently.

- Track Two: The main burn in track, while you can play the whole recording in a loop repeatedly this is the main burn in track for new components in your system.

We use Royal Mail 1st Class services for our Standard Delivery.
Orders received before 4.30 pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day by FIRST CLASS post (unless premium postal or timed courier services are selected), subject to stock availability. This does not apply to custom-length cables and speaker cables as these require a longer timescale to terminate. This also excludes all cables selected for the burn-in service. Please note, we do not process orders on national holidays in the UK. Over 98% of our orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays.
Standard delivery is usually within 2 working days, although 98% of all orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays. In extreme cases, such as delivery to the Highlands and Islands, this may take 3 days.
All items are fully insured and come with an invoice from Future Shop. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of small packages and DPD Local or DHL for items that weigh over 2KG. Items over 2KG are fully insured and will usually be delivered within 48 hours of placing your order subject to stock availability. For international orders, we use FedEx or DHL services where customers have selected this option.
Please note, special orders for non-standard cable lengths may be subject to longer deliver time-scales. This may vary from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Some places take longer to deliver to but we still guarantee delivery within three working days by 5.30 PM.
For the Next Day Special Delivery service, orders must be received by Future Shop by 4.30pm weekdays. Orders after the 4.30pm deadline cannot be guaranteed for same day dispatch.

Most reviewers report noticeable sound improvements after using this system disc, particularly in clarity, definition, and dynamic range, with many noting it effectively rejuvenates older or dormant equipment. The product is widely praised for value and ease of use, with customers recommending specific tracks for different purposes. However, opinions diverge significantly: while the majority experienced genuine enhancements, two reviewers perceived minimal improvement or felt the treatment removed musicality from recordings. Build quality and service receive consistent praise. The cable testing track is OK for establishing left/right, but I would have liked something on phase, although there’s always the old-school method of facing speakers together to check this.
I didn’t need the burn-in track, so I went straight to the tune-up track and ran it twice without being in the room to avoid the noise assault. I have no idea how this works, and I was not sure it would, but it did. There were 20 minutes between before and after (and acoustic memory is known to be not particularly reliable), but, with the same volume setting, there was what I can only describe as better insight and ease across the full audible spectrum. I can’t discount acquisition bias, other than the fact that there is a return policy to counteract the bias.
Gives the system a work-out. Now for mine!
Perhaps weirdly, it was certainly unexpected. I actually like listening to it as well…
For the price, it is definitely worth the investment.
I ran the disc on track 3 a few times, and it plays like brand new. So I tried it on my Bose Aqusticwave, which is 20 years old, and wow, beautiful crystal sound quality.
I am recovering now with a lovely glass of Rioja and some music I haven`t heard reproduced so well before.
Having enjoyed listening to music for over 50 years this CD does work in reinvigorating your system.
Everything is clearer, better defined with better sound staging (I guess that is a word). I can not believe the positive change in my system for a paltry £20. Definitely not snake oil. I highly recommend this product and Future Shop.
I just need a vinyl lp version to complete my whole system , it’s well worth the momey
If you can hear a difference between different cables then you will hear a difference after using this cd. A very cost effective improvement.
