Signature

"Signature is the top of the Chord Company range we stock, using silver-plated conductors and the company's more advanced shielding throughout. It is built for a resolving system where small changes are audible, and where the cable is a considered part of the build rather than a final adjustment. Below it, EpicX covers the step for a system that is already carefully matched, and for a great many people that is the sensible place to stop. Chord do build two ranges above Signature, Sarum and ChordMusic, though we do not stock either. Signature is where most people building a serious system settle, and it is the point at which the cable is no longer the part of the chain worth worrying about. Signature covers analogue interconnects in RCA, XLR and DIN, speaker cable, digital coax, USB, Ethernet, HDMI and mains cables. Every type sits at the same point in the Chord ladder, so a Signature interconnect and a Signature speaker cable are matched."
