Sort System
Sort Kones, Sort Fut and Sort Lift. Mechanical isolation for components, speakers and cables.
The Sort System is Nordost's mechanical isolation range and sits outside the cable families. It addresses vibration reaching a component or a speaker, which is a different problem from the one a cable solves and can be treated independently.
Sort Kones go under components and use a ball-bearing interface between two machined parts to control how energy passes through. Sort Fut replaces the spikes under a loudspeaker with the same principle. Sort Lift holds cables off the floor, which addresses both mechanical coupling and static.
Isolation is system dependent and load dependent, so the weight of what sits on top matters. Tell us what you are supporting and we will confirm the right configuration.
