Meze Audio 2 Pin Silver Plated IEM Cable
The Meze Audio 2 Pin Silver Plated IEM Cable is a replacement cable built from custom silver-plated copper wire, a conductor choice that brings greater transparency and a lower noise floor compared to standard copper alternatives. Each wire is made up of 22 individually drawn 0.05mm strands, a fine construction that contributes to flexibility and handling comfort while maintaining strong signal conductivity. The silver plating adds corrosion resistance alongside its sonic benefits, supporting the cable's long-term durability in regular use.
Terminated with a 2-pin connector at the IEM end and measuring 1.2 metres in length, the cable is a practical and well-specified upgrade for compatible Meze Audio in-ear monitors. The braided construction keeps the cable tangle-resistant and comfortable to wear, and the use of quality raw materials throughout reflects Meze's broader commitment to products built for longevity. For listeners who want to improve the performance of their existing IEMs without changing the earphones themselves, this cable offers a straightforward route to a more open and detailed presentation.
Here is what Meze Audio say about the 2 Pin Silver Plated IEM Cable

About Meze Audio
Founded by industrial designer Antonio Meze in 2011, Meze Audio is a high-end audio company from Baia Mare, Romania, crafting headphones and earphones renewed for timeless design, pure comfort and engaging, vivid sound.
Timeless, original, purposeful. This is what best describes the Meze Audio design philosophy. We strive to create products that are beautiful, yet meticulously engineered to deliver exceptional performance.
Each headphone we make evokes a sense of timelessness and longevity, reflecting our commitment to lasting value. To us headphones are a perfect blend of design, high functionality and ergonomics. We are a Romanian brand with soul and technical know-how that does it all out of pure love for sound and art.
From day one we have pursued the goal of going beyond sound and allowing ourselves and our community to be present in the moment.
Being present is a state of mindful awareness of what’s right in front of us, with no dwelling on the past and no worrying about the future. But only when we allow ourselves to be in the moment we discover what listening really means.
The true essence of life is in the now.
The only way to reach it is by listening.
