We use Royal Mail 1st Class services for our Standard Delivery.
Orders received before 4.30 pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day by FIRST CLASS post (unless premium postal or timed courier services are selected), subject to stock availability. This does not apply to custom-length cables and speaker cables as these require a longer timescale to terminate. This also excludes all cables selected for the burn-in service. Please note, we do not process orders on national holidays in the UK. Over 98% of our orders are delivered the next working day including Saturdays.

All items are fully insured and come with an invoice from Future Shop. We use the Royal Mail for delivery of small packages and DPD Local or DHL for items that weigh over 2KG. Items over 2KG are fully insured and will usually be delivered within 48 hours of placing your order subject to stock availability. For international orders, we use FedEx or DHL services where customers have selected this option.

The iFi Audio LAN iSilencer is widely praised for reducing network noise and improving audio clarity in streaming systems. Customers report benefits including enhanced soundstage, reduced harshness, tighter bass, and improved detail retrieval, though effects range from subtle to pronounced and appear system-dependent. Most users note improvements are noticeable after a few days of use and may require trial and error to find optimal placement—commonly on streamers, switches, or routers. The product is consistently valued for its low price relative to comparable alternatives. One reviewer found instructions unclear regarding charging (the device requires none). I’m keeping them on that basis and may explore other products of this type or even another one or two of these.
Using Roon, Qobuzz for music on a Chord, Linn and Naim system.
I didn't think my network was so noisy, but it must have been, as the sound is now out of my line.
Naim and chord system is even better!
While I can't rule out the placebo effect of making changes, I'm sure this little device is doing something positive, but you'll need to listen to the benefits actively. My system comprises Roksan Caspian CD, Naim Superuniti, Rotel RA-1592 MKII and ProAc Response D18.
I can recommend it based on sub £100, but you should be happy with the major elements of your system and room management in the first instance.
I have it plugged in my streamer at the moment but will also try it on the switch end of the CAT7 as other people have suggested to see if this makes any difference.
Good value for money.
The silencer was placed directly on my Primare NP5 streamer, although it can fitted in other locations, I did find this placement gave me the best results.
Excellent.
I am now rediscovering my music as the difference is that good. I am using it with a Cyrus stream signature, so results may vary from streamer to streamer according to how well the incoming data is filtered/isolated from noise. But well worth a try for other streamers.
Although I found the Included instructions confusing, as it gave the impression the silencer needed charging, it does not need charging, it's simply plug-in and play.
